Resale Inventory

1. Open the page. You will see the Home screen.
2. Tap the big Let’s go button. It shows one item at a time and tells you exactly what to do.
3. Want to look at just shoes, or just tops? Tap that type on Home. Tap 🏠 Home any time to come back.

1. Tap 🎯 Focus mode on Home. It lines up the items that need you and shows one at a time. Sold items to take down come first, then items to ship, then items that need photos or details, then items ready to list, then pending and listed ones.
2. The Still needs bar shows what is missing. Fill those in. Everything saves by itself.
3. Photos: tap ✏️ Edit to crop, brighten or blur a name. Tap ✨ Enhance to brighten a photo in one tap (it replaces that photo).
4. 🔍 Lens details: tap ＋ next to a line to add it to the description. Only add what is true for your item.
5. Copy for and ✨ Write the listing give you the text to paste on the selling site.
6. At the bottom, Post & sell: tap every site where you posted it, type the price and paste the link for each. When a buyer pays, tap 💰 Mark sold. It then lists the sites to take it down from.
7. Tap Save & next to go to the next item. Skip leaves one for later.

1. Tap the blue 📷 Snap & Label button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Take a photo. Tap Add another photo for more angles (front, back, tag).
3. Type what it is, then tap its type (Shoes, Furniture, Jewelry…).
4. Fill in what you know: size, how it looks, worth, where it is. Brand, color and who it is for fill in by themselves from the name. Just fix them if they are wrong. Skip what you don’t know.
5. No time for details? Just take the photos, tap the type and where it is, and save. The 🕒 Details later tile on Home keeps track of those items until you give them a name.
6. Tap Save and snap the next one, or Save and finish. The page keeps a record of what you did each day.

1. Find the item (type in the Search box at the top).
2. Tap the + Photo square, or open the item and tap + Add.
3. Tap Take Photo, or pick one from your Photo Library.

• To list: ready to sell, not posted yet
• Listed: posted on a selling site (you pick which ones). Waiting for a buyer
• Pending: a buyer bought it or an offer was accepted, but it is not paid or finished yet. Tap ⏳ Mark pending
• Sold: it sold. Use 💰 Mark sold to type what it sold for
• Hold: set aside for now
• Not sellable: can’t or won’t be sold. It hides from your lists. Tap ✓ hidden · Show above the list to see it

1. Tap the item to open it.
2. Under Posted on, tap every site where you posted it (eBay, Poshmark…). The item turns to Listed by itself.
3. Your site is not on the list? Tap Other site and type its name.
4. You cannot mark something Listed without picking a site. The page will ask. It needs this so it can tell you where to take the item down when it sells, even weeks later.
5. Type the List price. A box appears for each site: type the price you used there and paste the listing link.
6. A message reminds you: when it sells, tap 💰 Mark sold.

1. Open the item and tap ⏳ Mark pending.
2. If it is posted on more than one site, tap the one site where the buyer is.
3. A red Take it down list names the other sites. Delete it there so nobody else buys it.
4. When the buyer pays, tap 💰 Mark sold. The take-down checkmarks you already made stay.
5. If it falls through, change Status back to Listed, and post it again on the sites you took it off.
6. If it stays pending for 3 days, the item reminds you to check.

1. The page cannot see sales on its own. When a selling site tells you it sold, open the item here and tap 💰 Mark sold. This one tap starts everything else.
2. Type the price and pick the site where it sold. Tap Save as sold. (If you change Status to Sold instead, the same box opens.)
3. A red Take it down list pops up. It names every other site you said it was posted on. Open each one and delete that listing. Tap I took it down for each one. That way nobody buys it twice.
4. Forgot? A red 🚨 Take down button stays at the top and on Home until every site is done.
5. If it has to be mailed, it waits on 🚚 To ship until you mark it shipped.
6. When it is taken down and shipped (or picked up), the item hides itself. Your lists then show only things still to do.
7. Want to look at old sales? Tap ✅ Sold items on Home. Or tap ✓ finished hidden · Show above the list.

1. Open the item and tap ✨ Auto-fill from photo (it also shows right after you save a new item).
2. Wait a few seconds. It guesses what the item is, what it is worth, and the best sites to sell it on.
3. Fix anything that looks wrong, then tap Fill it in.
4. It is only a guess from the photo. Tap 🔍 Google Lens to look at real sold items before you set your price.

1. Open the item.
2. Under Copy for, tap the site you are posting to.
3. Tap Copy listing for the title and description together, or tap Title, Price, Description one at a time. Nothing to delete first.
4. Go to the selling app and paste. The title is shortened to fit that site.

1. Open the item and fill in Condition / flaws and pick the Size. The AI only uses what you fill in there.
2. Under Copy for, pick the site, then tap ✨ Write the listing.
3. Read it. Fix anything that is not true. The AI can add details nobody told it.
4. Tap Use this to save it. From then on Copy listing uses the written version.

To go back to the plain version, open ✨ again and tap Go back to the plain listing.

1. Open the item and tap 🔍 Google Lens.
2. Google opens in a new tab and looks at the first photo.

After you save something in Snap & Label, a bar at the bottom offers the same button for the item you just saved. Ignore it if you do not need it.

1. In 🎯 Focus mode, tap ✏️ Edit on the big photo (or ✏️ Edit photo under it). Or tap a photo to open it big.
2. Click ✏️ Edit photo (or double-click the photo).
3. Crop, rotate, brighten, or scramble a part you want to hide (like a name or address). ✨ Auto-enhance fixes dull photos in one click. Undo and Start over are always there.
4. Click Save (replace this photo), or Save as a new photo to keep the original too.

1. Open the item. Under its photos, tap ↔ Arrange.
2. Tap ⭐ under a photo to make it the front. Use ◀ and ▶ to move a photo earlier or later. Tap Done.
3. You can also open any photo big and tap ⭐ Make front, ◀ Earlier or Later ▶.

1. Tap Bigger text at the top.
2. Tap Simple view to hide the extra boxes and get pick-from-list menus. Tap Show everything to bring them back.

1. Tap 📲 Add to phone at the top and follow the steps.
2. After that, tap the blue icon on your home screen to open it. It needs internet to work.

1. Tap 💰 Profit at the top.
2. It adds up everything marked Sold, by month, by type and by selling site.
3. For it to be right, fill in Sold for, Cost paid, Fees and Sold on site on each sold item. Type 0 if it was free.

1. Backups happen by themselves about once a day. The last 2 weeks are kept.
2. To look at them, tap Export, then Automatic backups. Tap Back up now before a big clean-up.
3. Something got messed up? Tap Go back to this next to a day. A safety copy of right now is saved first.
4. You can also tap Export, then Save a backup copy to keep a file on your phone.

• Look at the top. It should say Saved · shared with everyone. If not, check your internet and refresh the page.
• Can’t find something you sold? It hid itself. Tap ✅ Sold items on Home.
• Deleted something by mistake? Tap Export, then Recently deleted, then tap the item to bring it back.
• Closing the page loses nothing. Everything saves as you type.
• Still stuck? Ask the person who set this up.
