Quick guide. Print it and keep it near your computer.

Where do I start?
  1. Open the page. You will see the Home screen.
  2. Tap the big Let’s go button. It shows one item at a time and tells you exactly what to do.
  3. Want to look at just shoes, or just tops? Tap that type on Home. Tap 🏠 Home any time to come back.
Add a new item with your phone camera
  1. Tap the blue 📷 Snap & Label button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Take a photo. Tap Add another photo for more angles (front, back, tag).
  3. Type what it is, then tap its type (Shoes, Furniture, Jewelry…).
  4. Fill in what you know: size, how it looks, worth, where it is. Skip what you don’t know.
  5. Tap Save and snap the next one, or Save and finish. The page keeps a record of what you did each day.
Add photos to an item already on the list
  1. Find the item (type in the Search box at the top).
  2. Tap the + Photo square, or open the item and tap + Add.
  3. Choose Take Photo, or pick one from your photos.
What the statuses mean
After you post or sell something
  1. Tap the item to open it.
  2. Change Status and type the List price.
  3. Tap the site names (eBay, Poshmark…) where you posted it.
  4. A box appears for each site. Type the price you used there and paste the listing link, so you can find it again fast.
When something sells
  1. Tap 💰 Mark sold. Type the price and pick the site where it sold.
  2. A red Take it down list pops up. Open each other site where it is posted and delete that listing.
  3. Tap I took it down for each one. That way nobody buys it twice.
  4. Forgot? A red 🚨 Take down button stays at the top and on Home until every site is done.
Copy the listing text for a selling site
  1. Open the item.
  2. Under Copy for, tap the site you are posting to.
  3. Tap Copy listing for the title and description together, or tap Title, Price, Description one at a time. Nothing to delete first.
  4. Go to the selling app and paste. The title is shortened to fit that site.
Make the screen easier to read
  1. Tap Bigger text at the top.
  2. Tap Simple view to hide the extra boxes and get pick-from-list menus. Tap Show everything to bring them back.
Put this on my phone
  1. Tap 📲 Add to phone at the top and follow the steps.
  2. After that, tap the blue icon on your home screen to open it. It needs internet to work.
See how much profit we made
  1. Tap 💰 Profit at the top.
  2. It adds up everything marked Sold, by month, by type and by selling site.
  3. For it to be right, fill in Sold for, Cost paid, Fees and Sold on site on each sold item. Type 0 if it was free.
Save a backup copy
  1. Backups happen by themselves about once a day. The last 2 weeks are kept.
  2. To look at them, tap Export, then Automatic backups. Tap Back up now before a big clean-up.
  3. Something got messed up? Tap Go back to this next to a day. A safety copy of right now is saved first.
  4. You can also tap Export, then Save a backup copy to keep a file on your phone.
