How to use this

Where do I start?

Open the page. You will see the Home screen.
Tap the big Let’s go button. It shows one item at a time and tells you exactly what to do.
Want to look at just shoes, or just tops? Tap that type on Home. Tap 🏠 Home any time to come back.

Add a new item with your phone camera

Tap the blue 📷 Snap & Label button at the bottom of the screen.
Take a photo. Tap Add another photo for more angles (front, back, tag).
Type what it is, then tap its type (Shoes, Furniture, Jewelry…).
Fill in what you know: size, how it looks, worth, where it is. Skip what you don’t know.
Tap Save and snap the next one, or Save and finish. The page keeps a record of what you did each day.

Add photos to an item already on the list

Find the item (type in the Search box at the top).
Tap the + Photo square, or open the item and tap + Add.
Choose Take Photo, or pick one from your photos.

What the statuses mean

To list: ready to sell, not posted yet
Listed: posted on a selling site
Sold: it sold. Type what it sold for
Hold: set aside for now
Not sellable: can’t or won’t be sold

After you post or sell something

Tap the item to open it.
Change Status and type the List price.
Tap the site names (eBay, Poshmark…) where you posted it.

Copy the listing text for a selling site

Open the item.
Tap Copy listing.
Go to the selling app and paste.

Make the screen easier to read

Tap Bigger text at the top.
Tap Simple view to hide the extra boxes and get pick-from-list menus. Tap Show everything to bring them back.

Put this on my phone

Tap 📲 Add to phone at the top and follow the steps.
After that, tap the blue icon on your home screen to open it. It needs internet to work.

See how much profit we made

Tap 💰 Profit at the top.
It adds up everything marked Sold, by month, by type and by selling site.
For it to be right, fill in Sold for, Cost paid, Fees and Sold on site on each sold item. Type 0 if it was free.

Save a backup copy

Backups happen by themselves about once a day. The last 2 weeks are kept.
To look at them, tap Export, then Automatic backups. Tap Back up now before a big clean-up.
Something got messed up? Tap Go back to this next to a day. A safety copy of right now is saved first.
You can also tap Export, then Save a backup copy to keep a file on your phone.

I’m stuck or something looks wrong

Look at the top. It should say Saved · shared with everyone. If not, check your internet and refresh the page.
Deleted something by mistake? Tap Export, then Recently deleted, then tap the item to bring it back.
Closing the page loses nothing. Everything saves as you type.
Still stuck? Ask the person who set this up.
